Marketing Coordinator - Email & Marketing Automation (UK Hours)

This role will adhere to UK working hours, Monday to Friday.

This role is based in the Cape Town office.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns within Pardot in line with campaign briefs, brand guidelines, and regional team requirements — ensuring accurate list targeting, correct scheduling, and thorough pre‑send quality checks.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of automated nurture programs within Pardot (including engagement studio builds, trigger configuration, and logic checks) ensuring programs run accurately and in line with intended audience journeys.
• Work with data and enrichment teams to ensure email lists are accurate, correctly segmented, and properly formatted for import and use within Pardot — maintaining clean, compliant audience data at all times.
