Marketing & Communications Manager

The role is designed for a hands‑on Marketing & Communications Manager who can make Mediaplus Middle East visible and respected across the GCC. The focus is on building reputation through earned media, PR, awards, thought‑leadership content, and event presence, while amplifying the Managing Partner’s profile and the agency’s credentials. This person should be a self‑sufficient storyteller with B2B or agency marketing experience, strong regional knowledge, and the ability to manage external PR and freelance resources.

• Build a steady presence in regional trade and business media — earned coverage, commentary, and bylined pieces — and grow our share of voice against the networks
• Own our awards and rankings programme end to end: identify, enter, and amplify wins so our credentials are visible, not hidden
