Job Description

The ShopeePay Marketing Associate will support end-to-end product marketing initiatives across ShopeePay products, including payments, financial services, and insurance offerings. This role requires strong product understanding, customer-centric thinking, data-driven decision making, and close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver effective go-to-market execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and support end-to-end marketing execution for assigned ShopeePay products, including BAU initiatives and new product launches
• Develop a deep understanding of product features, customer segments, and user journeys to craft effective marketing approaches
• Conceptualize marketing ideas and contribute to copywriting for campaigns, or work with tools and partners to refine messaging
• Brief, review, and optimize creative assets, ensuring clarity of message, brand alignment, and strong customer appeal
