Marketing Associate

We're looking for a Marketing Associate to become part of our creative, collaborative, and high-energy team. As an integral part of the Marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative proposals, presentations, and other materials that help win new projects for Clark.

Responsibilities

+ Developing/maintaining content to populate marketing information database (past, current, and future projects)
+ Auditing of existing past project information for completeness and accuracy
+ Auditing of current project information for completeness and accuracy
+ Executing formal data capture process on all future projects across the country
+ Tracking of national proposal closeout activities
+ Collaborating with Corporate Communications to reconcile project information (award submissions, intranet, publications, external website, social media, etc.)
+ Capturing unique data in support of priority target pursuits.
