About the Role:

The Marketing Assistant II supports both individual Financial Advisor practices and broader branch marketing initiatives through content creation, digital marketing, and multimedia production.

This role works closely with Financial Advisors, leadership, branch leadership and other associates to plan the execution of professional marketing content that strengthens advisor practices, promotes the Baird Retirement Management brand, and enhances client engagement, while adhering to firm standards and compliance requirements.
