Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

Marketing Operations, Coordination & Execution
Provide day-to-day administrative support for the marketing team, including reporting, budget tracking, invoicing, payments, and maintaining proper documentation and approvals.

Support the coordination and execution of marketing projects by managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, and logistics for campaigns, events, and activations.

Act as a shared team resource, supporting different marketing functions and ad-hoc tasks based on business priorities set by the Head of Marketing.
Content & Creative Support
Support the creation of basic marketing materials such as social media visuals, flyers, presentations, and simple video content.

Assist with translating and adapting marketing materials between English/Traditional Chinese ↔ Chinese Simplified to ensure clarity and relevance.
