Marketing AI amp Analytics Lead

My client Dubai-based PropTech company is seeking a Marketing AI amp Analytics Lead to lead marketing analytics attribution reporting and AI-driven transformation across the business.

Responsibilities

• Build a single source of truth for marketing data.
• Improve campaign measurement, automate reporting, and deliver actionable insights that drive growth, reduce CAC and improve ROAS.
• Use GA4, GTM, AppsFlyer/Adjust, Power BI, Looker, and CRM platforms to analyze CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel performance, and campaign effectiveness.
• Build AI-powered tools, agents, automations, and workflow solutions.
• Automate reporting and deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with Marketing, Product, CRM, and Technology teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Performance Marketing Analytics.
