Market Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join our growing organization in the Middle East construction market. You will be managing customer relationships and supporting project-based sales activities across the region.

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and distributors.
• Identify new project opportunities and follow ongoing construction projects in the region.
• Conduct technical and commercial presentations to customers and project stakeholders.
• Support specification activities and promote company solutions to decision makers.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market intelligence updates, and project tracking reports.
• Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
