Job Description
Position Overview
The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), is seeking a Maritime Interdiction Advisor to strengthen Colombian naval, coastal, and riverine forces in combating narcotics trafficking and organized crime. The role will provide advice and implement security assistance projects to enhance the maritime narcotics interdiction capabilities of the Colombian Navy, Coast Guard, and Marines.
Location & Salary
Location: U.S. Embassy Bogota, Colombia
Salary Level: FS-02 – $102,409–$150,391 (Equivalent GS‑14)
Period of Performance: 12 months with up to four optional 1‑year extensions.
