Full-Time AmeriCorps Member Position | 1700 Hour Service Term Position Summary The Napa County Office of Education is seeking passionate, dependable, and community-minded individuals to serve as full-time AmeriCorps Members within the Mariposa Program during the 2026–2027 school year.

The Mariposa Lead Coach & Youth Mentor Fellow role is designed for individuals looking to take on a leadership-focused service experience while making a direct impact in the lives of youth across Napa County school sites.

In addition to mentoring and supporting students, Lead Coaches will work closely alongside the Mariposa Program Coordinator to help strengthen program culture, support broader program goals, and help cultivate a positive and connected cohort experience for fellow Coaches throughout the school year.
