Marine/RV Field Service Engineer 2

Overview We are seeking a full-time Marine/RV Field Service Engineer 2 at Garmin's U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training on specifications, capabilities, and operation of Garmin marine/RV products to external customers, Garmin associates, boat OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), RV (Recreational Vehicle) OEMs, OEM dealers and installation dealers.
The selected individual will be heavily involved in working with digital switching for Garmin EmpirBus.
Essential Functions
Resolve internal, external, and commercial marine/RV Product Support inquiries
Become highly knowledgeable in specifications, capabilities, and operation of Marine/RV segment products
Manage product issue cases encompassing all of the marine/RV segment
Analyze, monitor, document, communicate and report marine/RV product quality trends
