Marine Technical Manager (Mechanical Background) (m/f/d)

Job summary: The Technical Managers are multidisciplinary professionals responsible for defining priorities and identifying the developments required to meet client needs. They also play a key role in strengthening collaboration among team members and in structuring system definitions across disciplines. This position requires a strong mechanical engineering background, combined with the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑changing environment with last‑minute assignments. In addition, it demands strong organizational skills to structure work and clearly communicate guidelines to the team.
