Job Description
ROLES ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Verify mandatory documents, courses, and licenses required for seafarers.
· Coordinate with relevant departments for documentation and travel confirmation.
· Liaise and follow up with seafarers to ensure timely submission of documentation.
· Scan, upload, and update all relevant documents in the system.
· Ensure completion and clearance of all mandatory checklists for crew scheduled to join vessels
within 30 days.
· Coordinate with the Licensing Department for flag license applications.
· Manage daily queries and maintain mailbox clearance.
· Upload all joining dockets once seafarers board the vessel.
