Hauptaufgaben

Performs the full range of work involved in the installation, repair, overhaul, disassembly, replacement and adjustment of parts, reassembly and final operational check of marine engines and mechanical equipment of vessels. Diagnoses and determines causes of faulty operation and performs necessary repairs. Performs cyclic and follow-up maintenance of all war reserve watercraft and small watercraft in efficient operation through cleaning, greasing, oiling and the making of minor adjustments to engine, mechanical equipment and systems. Uses appropriate mechanic's tools and mechanical testing devices. Performs other duties as assigned.
