• Plan and coordinate crew changes and vessel manning activities.
• Ensure vessels are staffed with qualified, certified, and medically fit personnel.
• Maintain compliance with flag state, customer, and company requirements.
• Manage and update crew data and documentation within our systems.
• Monitor crew budgets and support cost control activities.
• Follow up on seafarer feedback and contribute to initiatives that improve crew welfare and engagement.
