RealNZ is seeking a skilled and experienced Marine Heavy Diesel Lead to oversee the delivery of heavy diesel maintenance across our marine assets. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on technical challenges, team development, and operational excellence.
In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Heavy Diesel Technicians, ensuring the delivery of both scheduled and reactive maintenance across RealNZ's marine fleet. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and industry best practices, while providing expert technical support in heavy diesel systems – including fault diagnosis and engine rebuilds. Collaboration across sites is key, as you will help manage workflows and support safe, efficient operations.
