The Manufacturing Technician supports engineering activities by executing hands-on tasks during new product introductions (NPI), testing, process validations, production pilots, equipment installations, and stabilization of manufacturing processes.
This role bridges the gap between engineering and production by ensuring seamless integration of new products and equipment into manufacturing and driving process efficiency.

and processes to reduce launch time.
