Manages daily production challenges, drives continuous improvement activities, and supports the implementation to improve the existing processes to improve the efficiency of operations.
**Job Requirements**
+ Coordinate with different services about needed support related to execution of his daily planning
+ Act and lead with Zone Leaders actions related to absenteeism replacement and discipline issues
+ Make follow up with zone leaders related to respect of PO sequencing
+ Follow and act production output Vs targets
+ Elaborate with zone Leaders polyvalence plan between lines
+ Develop Zone Leaders Autonomy
