Job Description
Supervise production line and control shop‑floor activities to meet production targets and supervise a number of employees such as Production / Manufacturing Operators.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall performance of a shift or area concerning delivery and meeting the Manufacturing KPI, including productivity, cycle‑time, on‑time delivery, quality and yield.
- Plan headcount deployment, allocation of equipment, loading of materials and use of other resources to ensure maximum labor productivity, equipment and space utilization.
- Review daily production schedule based on the weekly plan and provide necessary actions to meet delivery commitments.
- Regularly update management on line issues and drive resolution with support groups for continuous improvement actions.
