Qualifications
- Deal with all product, technique and abnormal problem
- Cooperate with other departments to get their full effective support
- Layout the requirement of manpower. Plan and implement the training scheme
- Troubleshooting and fulfill the production plan
- Train line leader's management skill and establish teamwork spirit
- Establish and carry into execution the performance management and encouragement system
- Ensure workshop clean and safe and the company security policy be applied promptly
- Control the production process, and fulfill the product job on time with high quality
- Cooperation with engineer to improvement Tool OEE.
- Report major issues to manager
- Use Lean manufacturing concept and implement Lean activities
- Able to work three shifts and accept the rotating rest system.
