**_This role will be based at our new Siemens Energy Transformers Manufacturing Center Factory in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. The facility is planned to be built by late 2026 for production commencement._**

We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead process operations in the production of Large Power Transformers. This role is critical in ensuring safety, quality, cost efficiency, and adherence to planning processes throughout the final execution. The ideal candidate will drive a high-performance team culture in collaboration with technicians across various areas.
