Manufacturing Specialist III (Drive Operations)

Location: Singapore, SG

The Production Operations organization at Seagate Singapore (W1) is responsible for delivering safe, high‑quality, and cost‑efficient backend HDD manufacturing output. The team oversees 24/7 factory operations, workforce planning, operational excellence, production control, cross‑functional coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives to support Seagate’s global supply chain and customer commitments.

• Lead and be responsible for all aspects of the production process, including equipment set‑up and maintenance, production/fabrication, test, production training, and machine/tool making with higher independence.
• Manage manpower deployment and activities in production area(s) including setting up and operating a variety of automatic or semi‑automatic machines used in the production of the company's product.
