Manufacturing Specialist II

Location: Singapore, SG

• Lead and responsible for all aspects of the production process, including equipment set‑up and maintenance, production/fabrication, test, production training, and machine/tool making with higher independence.
• Manage manpower deployment and activities in production area(s) including setting up and operating a variety of automatic or semi‑automatic machines used in the production of the company's product.
• Perform complex electrical tasks as part of the assembly process, contributing to the production of cutting‑edge products.
• Able to conduct On‑The‑Job training for new hires and existing operators.
• Act as line trainer, ensuring adherence to Work Instructions and quality standards.
