Manufacturing Site GM — Growth, Safety & Improvement

The role will lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve business objectives, drive safety, quality and cost improvements, and champion a high-performance culture across the organization. You will bring 5+ years of management in paper, milling or tissue environments, together with IR experience, and a relevant Diploma or Degree. The position requires strong communication skills and EE compliance.
