Manufacturing Scientist

Essential duties and responsibilities include: a. Fabrication and Manufacturing: Fabrication of biomaterials based medical device under clean room conditions b. Documentation and Reporting: c. Preparing comprehensive reports, filling Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), and documenting all production-related activities. d. Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), stability protocols, FAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, and maintaining thorough documentation of analyses. e. Handling of equipment such as Lyophilizers, blister machines, microscope, etc. f. Data Analysis: Data collection and analysis of the data as per the established protocol g. Testing and Evaluation: Testing and analysis of medical devices in vitro and in vivo. h.
