Job Description
This position operates under a 4x3 work schedule, meaning employees work four days per week with three days off.

Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct inspections, audits, and tests of components.
Analyze and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control and testing.
Review product designs, specifications, and production methods to ensure quality standards are integrated from the beginning.
