The transport Process Engineering group is looking for a candidate to fulfill the role of Manufacturing Process Development Engineer/Scientist. The products we manufacture are part of virtually every type of telecom, enterprise, and data center network. The processing expertise gained by our team over 20 years is progressing into the next-generation technologies.
The successful candidate will be directly involved in process design cycle from conceptual design, a first build prototype in our lab, device characterization using both manual and automated equipment, to high-volume production by one of our contract manufacturers. The position resides in Ottawa Telecom Transport Business Unit, but frequent business travel to Asia is expected.
