Manufacturing Process Design Leader — CI & NPI

Link-Worldwide is looking for a Manager/Senior Leader of Manufacturing Process Design in Reynosa, Tamaulipas. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing manufacturing efficiency using data-driven simulation and operational excellence.

This role involves leading new product introductions, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and mentoring a team of engineers. Candidates must have over 15 years of experience in manufacturing process design for power products and be fluent in English and Spanish.
