Manufacturing planning coordinator h/f (Tlajomulco de Zúñiga)

Location: Tlajomulco, Mexico

Responsibilities

• Support Project Development and Execution of I2M/IIM initiatives, including I2M/IIM design reviews (DR2–DR6), project verification (DR7), and plant activities such as master data, artwork, raw/packaging material availability, and timing tracking.
• Act as the internal and external information hub, serving as the key interface among Commercial stakeholders, Category, Engineering, Manufacturing, and R&D.
• Lead post‑project evaluation, communication, and execution of promotional activities within the I2M process.
• Collaborate with the site director to develop the site strategy and plant roadmap, integrating innovation/renovation plans into the 421 supply strategy.
• Partner with the Product Supply team to assess and expand capacity, and work with Engineering to build the site CAPEX budget, ensuring prioritization aligns with the annual timetable.
