Job Description

The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of production to ensure the safe, efficient and cost-effective production of high-quality semiconductor devices. This role serves as the operational backbone for operation with balancing people leadership, process excellence and business performance.
The role is reporting to Senior Manufacturing Manager and has direct report of shift supervisors with a team of operators.

What you need to do?
Manage day-to-day manufacturing operation activities at his/her respective area / production floor.
Leading and developing a team consists of shift supervisors and operators who range from 200 to 300 across the 2 shifts 3 teams.
Forecast resource needed to ensure material is not disconnected from supply chain. Resource including Work in Progress, equipment, indirect material, small equipment.
Monitor workflows and resolve bottlenecks.
