**YOUR ROLE**In your daily job you will:- Actively conduct operations area performance meetings.
- Ensure the execution of audits by the group leader.
- Monitor quality systems to eliminate red flags/customer complaints (LPA Audits).
- Participate in monitoring critical part numbers.
- Maintain scrap metrics within the target range consistent with sales.
- Manage operational and technical staff.
- Comply with performance metrics (category plan, winning shift).
- Participate in behind-the-scenes cost reduction projects.
- Responsible for compliance, according to their position, with the following requirements: EOS, internal policies, as well as compliance with the IATF ***** and ISO ***** Quality Standards, and meet specific client requirements.
