Manufacturing Manager (Mexicali)

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to improve productivity, quality and employee engagement.

Understand the key performance indicators that support continued business growth and manage and direct all production and quality activity to ensure a safe work environment responsible for creating and executing a culture of continuous improvement.

Achieve daily, monthly and annual production targets, lead and develop a high performance team, adhere to the yearly budget and carry out the plan to meet that budget.

Responsible for assembly products that meet or exceed profit goals, align production to forecast, reduce labor expense, forecast, track and escalates as necessary.

Responsible for establishing and promoting a safe working environment and for establishing and monitoring compliance activities to support the safety program.
