Job Description

We are looking for a strong technical and transformational leader to manage high-volume machining operations in a fully automated Industry 4.0 manufacturing environment.
The role focuses on end-to-end machining operations, digital transformation, closed-loop manufacturing systems, and people capability development, with the objective of driving towards high-speed, zero-defect, and low direct labor dependency operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Leadership
Lead CNC machining operations for high-volume automotive components
Drive KPIs: Safety, Quality (CPK/PPM), OEE, Cost, Delivery
Ensure stable, scalable, and efficient production performance
2. Technical & Machining Expertise
Manage CNC programming, tooling strategy, and precision control
