A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to take on a pivotal leadership role within a values-led, international FMCG manufacturing group.
This is a senior operational leadership role, positioned as the number two on site, offering both strategic influence and day-to-day ownership of a complex, high-performing manufacturing operation.
Leading a 24/7 facility, you will be responsible for delivering excellence across safety, quality, service, and cost, while shaping a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
