Quality Bakers Auckland, a subsidiary of Goodman Fielder, is New Zealand's largest plant bakery, manufacturing well‑known brands such as Vogel's, Freya's, Molenberg, and Nature's Fresh. The organisation operates 5 plants 24/7, producing 74 different products daily and plays a critical role in delivering fresh, trusted bakery products to Kiwi households.

Position

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our site manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Health, Safety & Environment – Champion a “Never Walk By” safety culture, ensure compliance and drive zero harm.
• Quality & Food Safety – Lead quality assurance, ensure GMP and food‑safety compliance, and drive quality improvement.
• Operational Excellence – Deliver the daily manufacturing plan, reduce waste, optimise resources, and lead root‑cause and corrective action.
