Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Installs, operates, maintains, repairs, lubricates, and troubleshoots complex processing and high- speed packaging machinery and other equipment in the facility such as gear boxes, variable speed drives, pumps and compressors, dust collecting equipment, code daters, check weighers, etc.Performs predictive and preventative maintenance activities as outlined in the CMMS system. Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots all types of A/C and D/C electrical equipment. Fabricates components using standard shop equipment including: lathe, mill, drill press, brake, shear, band saw, and various welding equipment.Operates production equipment as part of troubleshooting, and validation of completed maintenance activity.Assists Engineering in installation of new equipment.
