Manufacturing Facilities Engineer — Maintenance & Systems

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Engineer for a manufacturing site in Kluang, Johor. You will maintain electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems, monitor building performance, and ensure safety and client standards are met.

The role requires a degree in engineering, 5+ years of relevant experience, and Universal CFC certification. You will lead technicians, coordinate with vendors, and prepare maintenance reports while managing budgets.
