About the role
We are partnering with a leading multinational manufacturing organisation to hire a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a small Process & Test Engineering team at their advanced automation site in Tuam.
This is a great step‑up opportunity for an experienced Senior/Lead Manufacturing or Process Engineer who wants to take on ownership of site‑level industrial strategy, automation and robotics
What you will do
Lead a small on‑site Process & Test Engineering team (c. 3 engineers), acting as a hands‑on “player‑coach”
Define and deploy the long‑term manufacturing and industrial strategy for the site, with a strong focus on automation, robotics and advanced manufacturing technologies
