Manufacturing Engineer (Welding Process) (Santa Catarina)

Job Summary: This position will be responsible for executing day‑to‑day manufacturing processes, supporting tasks for the production lines, and meeting goals on PQVC metrics. It also requires compliance with safety guidelines and environmental requirements and managing NPI and EC aligned with APQP/PPAP.

Responsibilities

• Participate in identifying and implementing enhancements and modifications to equipment and processes.
• Maintain APQP system documentation.
• Ensure CQMS is aligned and properly executed in the value stream.
• Monitor equipment and process reliability and address problem areas.
• Provide coaching and development for operations technical staff and support areas.
• Provide engineering support on planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities.
