The role will play a key role in developing new manufacturing processes, ensuring daily productivity targets are met and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. Candidates are sought who have a good understanding of precision machining processes and experience developing robust engineering solutions.
Overview
The role involves designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes; developing manufacturing capabilities; supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) with the Development Team; investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions; and driving continuous improvement across cross-functional teams to meet daily targets and improve KPIs.
