Schedule:
7am-7pm on a rotating 8 day schedule. 4 days on and 4 days off then rotates to alternating shift.
A growing manufacturing company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assistant to join its production team. This hands-on role supports quality assurance, packaging, and material handling processes while helping maintain efficient workflow and product excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control
Perform visual and physical inspections of finished products
Identify defects or inconsistencies and take corrective action
Accurately document inspection results and quality issues
Support continuous improvement of quality procedures
Production Support
Assist with loading materials into production equipment
