- 12+ years- Relevant Exp.– 1+ years Manager or 3+yrs as AM on paper- Handled a team of 2-3 AM's, Sr. Recruiters- Handled Bulk, volume and Frontline Hiring, agent based hiring, Staff Planning, Strategize- Vendor Management, Sourcing and Employee Referral Team- Ontime fill rate, should be able to deliver 95% Fill rate- Must be comfortable with Work from Office- Must be comfortable with General & UK shifts.- Work location Airoli.- Looking for candidates available to join immediately or within 30 days.
