As the IT Manager, you'll lead daily IT support operations, ensure adherence to service standards, and maintain critical systems for hotel operations. Your role includes team management, system oversight, and optimizing IT infrastructure performance. Cybersecurity and compliance will be an integral part of your mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily IT operations and support for staff and guests
• Monitor network infrastructure and troubleshooting
• Manage key hospitality systems including PMS and VoIP
• Coordinate IT upgrades and system optimizations
• Provide IT security awareness training to staff
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in IT management or leadership
