Mandarin CS Specialist — Hotel/Finance Support (KL Onsite)

Velenosi & Meredith Consulting is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Success Specialist to join a hotel industry support team in Kuala Lumpur (GTower). This role involves educating customers about self-service banking, conducting verification calls, and ensuring high service quality.
