We are seeking a Managing Director to work with investment professionals and lead direct investments in the Technology sector with a focus on Software, emerging AI and digitization themes. Responsibilities

Lead deal teams comprising analysts, associates, principals and support consultants while working under the Senior Managing Director. Evaluate new investments, conduct industry and company due diligence, build sophisticated financial models, arrange debt financing, negotiate legal documents, and formulate value creation plans. Prepare written recommendations and present findings to the Senior Managing Director. Remain involved post‑transaction to implement value‑enhancing initiatives with investment partners and management teams. Serve on boards or sub‑committees and play an active role in origination, creating a “right to win” and unique value‑creation levers.
