Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement Companys goal setting, performance management and annual operating plan 
 Establishment of Strong Corporate and Control Functions  Oversee financial strategy in development of financial models, budgets and analyses including annual budgeting, control revenue and expense, set and control yearly budget. 
Establish operational benchmarks, resources and people capabilities needed to achieve strategic goals.
