The role reports to the Head of Total Rewards and leads a small team that creates and manages compensation programs for the organization. Responsibilities

Lead and deliver SLC’s core compensation programs, including the annual cycle, market benchmarking, salary and incentive design, compensation recommendations, and job evaluation while ensuring governance and compliance with legislation. Champion SLC’s compensation philosophy and partner with HR leaders to align programs with business strategy and talent priorities.
