Overview

SLC Management, a subsidiary of Sun Life and a global asset management firm, is recruiting a Managing Director, Head of SLC Compensation Delivery. The role reports to the Head of Total Rewards and leads a small team that creates and manages compensation programs for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SLC’s core compensation programs, including the annual cycle, market benchmarking, salary and incentive design, compensation recommendations, and job evaluation while ensuring governance and compliance with legislation.
• Champion SLC’s compensation philosophy and partner with HR leaders to align programs with business strategy and talent priorities.
• Contribute to the broader rewards strategy as a senior Total Rewards leader, promoting an employee‑centric approach across payroll, benefits, and incentive plans.
