POSITION SUMMARY

The Managing Director, Americas is a senior, market-facing leadership role accountable for enterprise-wide growth of the Rainforest Alliance across South America and Meso America and for delivering the organization’s 2030 strategy in the region.

Reporting to the Rainforest Alliance's senior executive leadership, the Managing Director leads a team of Country Directors and manages a matrix structure to bring maximum impact at regional and country levels.
