**Description**

The Managing Director (MD) of Aircraft and Customer Experience Engineering is responsible for leading the engineering teams that support aircraft configuration engineering, interiors engineering, cabin systems engineering, aircraft programs, and customer-facing onboard products across United’s global fleet.
